Hi, I am Joe, a licensed mental health therapist. I believe that people are capable of change, which is why I do what I do. It's understandable if you come to therapy feeling low and unmotivated. This is normal. Your first step in coming here is a big deal and not an easy decision or task. That right there is motivation. I believe in a collaborative approach and meeting you where you are in your life. I am not an expert on you, but we can work together to understand what is getting in the way of your goals and make plans to address these areas. I am here to help you figure out what needs to change and to guide you through the process of improving your mental health and growing as a person. I am a caring, open, and non-judgmental person, who loves cats, music, reading, and video games. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, especially around a bon fire.

I am a licensed Independent Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with adults, who experience anxiety, depression and Trauma. As well as working various populations; Veterans, adults with disabilities, substance use and recovery, and Women's Issues. I have experience and a strong passion for working in the field of gerontology. I have a strong focus on holistic healing, nature and how we can utilize all treatment modalities for a more balanced and healthier version of self. It can be overwhelming and scary navigating life at times; we can walk through that together.

I'm a therapist and Air Force veteran who has spent 9 years helping young people and adults work through anxiety, trauma, and life's harder chapters. I know what it means to
