My goal and desire is to help teach you and provide you the essentials to overcome your obstacles. When life gets overwhelming at times, we forget to take care of ourselves. Depression and anxiety does not have to be a part of your everyday life.

I welcome the opportunity to interact with those who are seeking support as they struggle with various mental health concerns affecting how they live each day. I have been providing this support for 22 years as a licensed provider working with a variety of concerns using an eclectic approach to such concerns as depression, anxiety, serious mental health issues, family concerns and traumas.

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help. I am honored to be apart of each client's journey. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and couples. I have gained experience through working in schools and outpatient settings. I have been employed in a treatment facility and have experience working with people in addiction and recovery. I have a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a passion for women's mental health and working with pre/postpartum mental health.

I am Stanley Okeyemi, the founder of Brighter Light Behavioral Health Services. I am currently licensed as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) in Texas, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Washington, North Carolina, Nebraska, Virginia and New York. I have been working in the mental health industry for 16 years, but licensed as a PMHNP for four years, with a vast amount of experience and affiliations with over 40 hospitals/clinics combined across the USA

I know how hard it is to learn to talk about difficult things. That made me want to help others learn to do the same. I started by volunteering at rape crisis and domestic violence shelters. When I was at these places I did outreach in the community and ran support groups for both. For a time, I took rape crisis hospital calls to support people who had come in for sexual assault exams. This work that taught me to be comfortable talking about anything, at any time, with anyone. I have worked with all types of individuals from ages 12 and up. My first Masters was an intensive dive into Human Rights. My second Masters was in Counseling so I could work with individuals to help them beyond the crisis moments. My passion is to help people progress towards healing.

Oh hi! My name is Britney Fulp, LCSW and I am a therapist with 10 years of experience. I graduated from Winthrop University with my MSW. I believe every person has inherent worth and deserves a therapist they can truly connect with. I am a warm and encouraging psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. I hold a Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision and I’m licensed to practice in North & South Carolina. I’m known for having a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. In short, I believe that Jesus+Therapy=Healing!
