Hi, I’m Nicole, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Provider (LSATP) with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology and have worked with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges.

I specialize in working with teens, college students and

adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use. I am also passionate about supporting women through major life shifts, including boundary work, identity changes, and wellness-related concerns.

My approach is practical, supportive, and direct. I provide a safe space where you can be honest, gain clarity, and develop tools you can actually use in your daily life.

My name is Alan Hixon, and I am a Nevada Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Prior to working as an independent contractor with mental health agencies and then transitioning to private practice in 2023, I worked as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) for five years focused on providing case management and community-based support services. My private practice is conveniently located in Carson City, Nevada, and is easily accessible for people living in the surrounding rural communities. Percy Ford, MC, LPC-MHSP established Lighthouse Correctional Counseling and Mental Health Services in 2012 to provide Individual Psychotherapy, Family Counseling, Group Therapy and Couples Counseling to offenders and their families. Mr. Ford earned a BS in Social Work from Tuskegee University in 1997 and graduated from Argosy University School of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences in 2007 with a MA in Professional Counseling.
