I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with advanced training in trauma and mindfulness. Before opening my private practice, I worked in forensic and community settings supporting clients involved with the justice system, those affected by interpersonal violence, and people navigating substance use and recovery.

My practice focuses on trauma, addiction, and personality-related challenges, with additional experience addressing mood instability, codependency, identity development, and relationship patterns. My name is Alan Hixon, and I am a Nevada Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Prior to working as an independent contractor with mental health agencies and then transitioning to private practice in 2023, I worked as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) for five years focused on providing case management and community-based support services. My private practice is conveniently located in Carson City, Nevada, and is easily accessible for people living in the surrounding rural communities. Percy Ford, MC, LPC-MHSP established Lighthouse Correctional Counseling and Mental Health Services in 2012 to provide Individual Psychotherapy, Family Counseling, Group Therapy and Couples Counseling to offenders and their families. Mr. Ford earned a BS in Social Work from Tuskegee University in 1997 and graduated from Argosy University School of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences in 2007 with a MA in Professional Counseling.

My name is Tami and I am a LCSW in HI, AK, VA, and NV.I live on the island of Molokai and am so grateful to be fishing as much as possible. The ocean is my heaven and I absolutely love feeling the sand between my toes and the fresh ocean water on my skin. I love my two sons, but I love my poodle, Honey Pa'ele , even more. I love providing services using a trauma informed approach along with solution focused therapy. I have a strong background in domestic violence, substance abuse and I support my clients with a trauma informed approach.
