I have been assisting clients since 2011, but in recent years my primary focus is with adults ages 18 and older.

I graduated from Lindenwood University in Missouri with my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in 2012, and founded Inspire Change Counseling in 2014 with a vision of creating a truly integrative approach to mental health care — one where clients receive a multi-disciplinary scope of care, not just a referral for medication.

As a Missouri Ozarks native, nature and the outdoors have always played a huge part in my healing journey and mental health. Growing up, I was outside any chance I got; riding bikes, riding horses, climbing trees, bird watching, rock collecting, camping, hiking, floating, boating, spelunking, exploring creeks, and enjoying campfires. Nature immersion, movement in nature, outdoor recreation, and horsemanship remain part of my daily practice; and I incorporate these into my therapeutic work wherever possible.
