I am Lisa Travis Johnson, a licensed professional therapist in Missouri with a master’s degree in education and an emphasis in community counseling. I work with clients facing addiction, trauma and abuse, low motivation, self esteem and confidence challenges, anxiety, depression, and gender sensitive concerns, and I strive to meet you exactly where you are with care and respect.

I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and create meaningful change in their lives. I work with adults navigating alcohol and substance abuse, trauma, depression, stress, and relationship challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel safe being fully themselves.

Many of the clients I support feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by stress, disconnected in relationships, or stuck in unhealthy coping patterns. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors across Missouri through telehealth, and I specialize

in the kinds of struggles that don't fit neatly into one category: mood disorders, trauma, anxiety

borderline personality, substance use, and relationships under strain.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe therapy should meet you where you are while also helping you move toward where you want to be. I often compare therapy to going to the gym: it is dedicated time to strengthen the way you understand and respond to your thoughts, emotions, relationships and behaviors.

My approach is warm, direct and collaborative. You can expect empathy, compassion and acceptance, along with thoughtful questions and practical strategies that help you make meaningful changes. Your needs, experiences and goals will guide our work together.

I support adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges and major life transitions. I also have experience working with concerns related to sexual orientation, identity, suicide prevention, family dynamics and professional stress.

Hello! My name is Marcela Flynn, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kansas and Missouri with experience supporting children, families, and adults across a variety of clinical and educational settings. I graduated from the University of Missouri–Columbia. My professional background includes working with individuals experiencing chronic and persistent mental health challenges, providing crisis intervention services, and supporting clients in psychiatric hospital settings, I have also worked closely with children and families navigating emotional, behavioral, social, and life challenges, helping them build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and access meaningful support systems.
