If anxiety won't quiet down, stress keeps piling up, or you're navigating something hard, like postpartum changes, a struggling relationship, or something from your past that hasn't had space to heal, you're in the right place. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Mississippi with experience helping individuals and families move through real challenges. I graduated with a BS degree in Psychology at Louisiana State University. I have a Master's Degree from Southern University in Mental Health Counseling. I have over 27 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
My professional background includes experience in psychiatric mental health, telehealth services, patient advocacy, care coordination behavior health counseling, and nursing leadership.
