If anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship stress, or the challenges of living with a health disability have been weighing on you, you do not have to sort through it alone. Therapy can be a space to feel understood, gain clarity, and move forward with more confidence. I work to create a warm, respectful environment where you can be yourself, feel heard, and build on your strengths. Together, we can work toward meaningful change in a way that feels supportive, personalized, and realistic for your life.

A little about me: I bring a LOT of different perspectives to my work:
1) Educationally, I combine a Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience (Boston College, 2010) and a Respecialization degree (essentially like another Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology (Suffolk University, 2015)
2) Clinically, I have worked with all sorts of people, ranging from young to older adults, with simple adjustment issues all the way to complex neurological/psychiatric problems. That said, I specialize in the following issues: depression and anxiety disorders; OCD; bipolar disorder; women's issues, including domestic violence, perinatal, postpartum, and parenting problems; cultural stress and issues related to immigration; rehabilitation psychology (adjustment to severe, chronic medical conditions).
3) Culturally, I am a French native, with over 20 years living in the U.S., 10 of which were in New England and the past 10 years in MS, so I bring greater than usual open-mindedness to all sorts of perspectives!
You've Been Strong for Everyone Else-Now It's Your Turn
For the past 18 years, I've worked with adults who are carrying more than most people around them know. If you're the one everyone leans on, the high-achiever who looks put-together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside, or someone who has been strong for so long you've forgotten what it feels like to just exhale, you're in the right place.
As a Black therapist, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding to this work. Whether you're navigating anxiety that won't quiet, grief that hasn't had space, a relationship that's draining you, or a life transition that has left you feeling stuck, you don't have to have it figured out before you begin.
Wherever you're starting from, meaningful support is available, and you deserve to be the one receiving it for a change.
