Hi, my name is Lindsey Manza, and I provide therapeutic services for adolescents and young adults ages 13–26 who are experiencing challenges related to substance use. My clinical focus is group therapy, with an emphasis on supporting individuals as they explore patterns of substance use, increase insight into underlying factors, and develop healthier coping strategies.

I partner with people experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction related coping and life transitions to identify and reach their goals. I am dedicated to serving the needs of the LGBTQ+ and broader community and am committed to creating a safe, accepting and supportive environment for those I partner with.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, substance use, and co-occurring mental health concerns. I am passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create fulfilling, balanced lives.

I began my career working with children and quickly expanded my expertise to include adults and couples. Throughout my 26 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have seen the incredible power of the human spirit to overcome trauma and unexpected life struggles. Watching my clients transition from "surviving" to "thriving" remains the most inspiring part of my work.
