Whether you're navigating personal challenges, supporting your child through a difficult transition, or seeking stronger family connections, you don't have to figure it out alone. With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and over a decade of specialized experience across school, residential, and outpatient settings, I help clients of all ages build resilience and practical strategies for lasting change. Together, we’ll turn complex emotional and behavioral challenges into clear paths forward. My aim is to help my patients feel empowered in and out of sessions.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Circle of Life Wellness Services, where I provide compassionate, whole-person care for adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My work focuses on supporting people through emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, relationship changes, and the many adjustments that come with different seasons of life.
I have a special interest in women’s mental health and maternal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustments, caregiving stress, burnout, and balancing personal needs with family, relationships and professional responsibilities. I also support clients coping with grief and loss, life changes, and feeling “stuck” or disconnected from themselves.
At Circle of Life, I believe healing happens when you feel safe, supported, and seen. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward balance, clarity, and emotional wellness—at your own pace.
I'll try to summarize quickly so you don't have to scan far.
Not every therapist is for everyone. Fit matters more than anything, and you deserve a connection that feels safe and open. With my clients I try to be real and honest, while maintaining empathy, presence and humor. We can go slow, laugh, cry, and move at your pace.
We might fit well if: You're anxious or struggling to cope with the state of the world. You've experienced loss/grief. You're working on relationships and boundaries. You're trying to "be you" in a world that doesn't support. You're feeling challenged parenting, partnering, and "doing it all". Newness is hard.
