Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I’m glad you’re here. As a licensed clinical social worker, my goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I believe meaningful change begins when you feel truly heard, understood, and supported.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, trauma, OCD, and other emotional challenges. Every person’s journey is unique, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs, strengths, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, where I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate life’s challenges. I use evidence-based approaches to help you gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to invest in yourself, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more confident, balanced, and empowered in your everyday life
Hello my name is Tatiana. I am a licensed clinical masters of social work. I specialize in providing psychotherapy from a strength based perspective. Knowing that each person is resilient and able to problem solve and find good outcomes, I help in making clients realize this potential and guide them using therapeutic tools and techniques. I have experience with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, marital problems, ADHD, social anxiety, motivational interviewing, sexual health, and general life adaptation.
Some of my background...
After raising a blended family, I decided to go back to school and change careers. Therapy lets me combine two of my lifelong passions: helping others succeed and horses. I now divide my time fairly evenly between working with horses and providing therapy.
I graduated from Oakland University in 2021 with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I worked with a non-profit group for a year before starting my practice in 2022.
I am a compassionate counselor and easy to get to know. I am excellent listener
