You may be the person others rely on, the one who keeps going and appears to have it all together, while privately feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck. I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, workplace concerns, and substance use. My approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on your strengths. Together, we’ll identify what’s weighing on you, understand patterns keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to help you feel more confident, balanced, and in control.
I received my Master's degree in Counseling from Barry University in Florida. Since I graduated, I have worked with a wide variety of populations, from severely emotionally disturbed children to adults experiencing addiction. I believe clients who are experiencing any disruption to their identity, whether that be the transition to adulthood, retirement, or even towards the end of life, are the clients I work best with. I am a firm advocate for creating safe spaces for any population that is critically underserved and have seen the positive outcomes that come from a client feeling seen and heard. Hi, I’m Brian. I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and I’m passionate about helping people feel better, both physically and mentally.
I got into healthcare because I genuinely care about people and wanted to make a meaningful difference in their lives. Over time, I’ve developed a strong interest in the connection between physical health, mental health, and substance use, and I’ve dedicated my practice to treating the whole person, not just symptoms.
I work with individuals dealing with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance use. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, so I focus on creating a space where you can feel comfortable, respected, and never judged. My approach is collaborative; I listen first, then work with you to build a plan that fits your life, your goals, and your pace.
Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, going through a tough time, or working toward recovery, I’m here to support you. My goal is to help you feel more in control, more balanced, and more like yourself again.
I’m committed to staying up to date with the latest evidence-based practices, but just as importantly, I’m committed to showing up for my clients as a real person who cares. You don’t have to go through things alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
