I am a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 19 years of experience in mental health care. I provide personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care for adolescents and adults, with a focus on understanding each person’s unique needs and goals.
My approach is open, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I believe that effective treatment begins with trust, honesty, and respect. I take the time to listen, understand each patient’s concerns, and create a treatment plan that feels both appropriate and manageable.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression and mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, substance use and addiction recovery, medication management, and psychopharmacology. My goal is to help each patient feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.
You may look like you’re holding everything together, while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unlike yourself. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist, I work primarily with women and mothers navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and major life transitions—including anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, depression, rage, mood changes, birth trauma, relationship changes, and loss of identity. Together, we’ll slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and develop practical ways to feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.
My name is Jaime Frazier, and I am a licensed mental health clinician with more than nine years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of behavioral health settings. Throughout my career, I have provided individual, group, crisis, and substance use treatment services, helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth.
I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working in outpatient, crisis intervention, residential, partial hospitalization, and community-based treatment settings. My clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, grief and loss, life transitions, and stress management concerns.
A Safe Space for Healing, Growth and Change.
I view therapy as a collaborative process — one where you and I work together to uncover patterns, strengthen resilience, and create new possibilities. My approach combines evidence-based practices with a compassionate, person-centered perspective. I often integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also drawing from trauma-informed and holistic frameworks. This means we’ll look not only at thoughts and behaviors, but also at how emotions and the body hold your experiences. My role is to guide, support, and empower you — helping you build insight and tools that align with your values and goals, at a pace that feels right for you.
Reach me directly at [email protected] to schedule a consult or appt.
I also accept Medicare, AmBetter, UMR and United plans.

Therapy is a healing of the past, UNFOLDING OF THE PRESENT AND gift for your future. You will see growth from day one.
I provide skilled and compassionate mental health care. I implement different psychotherapeutic techniques, according to your specific needs.
This includes: Psychotherapy, Jungian and Freudian Psychoanalysis, Trauma Informed, Polyvegal Theory treatment (which includes our brain and body connection), Somatic Therapy (which also connects body, mind and breath or spirit), Grief Therapy, LGBTQIA+ informed support if appropriate to you, Mindfulness Therapy based on my life long experience as a yoga practitioner and Certified Yoga Teacher, Narrative therapy for those who like to write, Art therapy to integrate images to the healing process, Attachment Therapy (which includes early childhood relationships to caregivers and how that has influenced you), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (which focuses on transforming your negative thoughts to learn new behaviors and ways of thinkings which are more helpful to your wellbeing).
I implement the above mentioned techniques and others as are appropriate and acceptable to your individual emotional, physical and mental health needs.
I provide mental health care for people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures. This includes seniors, adolescents, and children. My profound and extensive education, and diverse professional experiences empower me to help a wide range of people and needs.
I try my best to be a supportive therapist who believes deeply in the strength and resilience of my clients. I believe in creating a nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and validated. With warmth and genuine care, it is my hope that my clients are able to navigate life’s challenges and discover the confidence and clarity within themselves to move forward.
I received my Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2014. My clinical values are deeply rooted in the ethos of social work, which is that to understand any person, you must understand the context of their life. This includes your family of origin, socioeconomic status, any discrimination you face, and your religious or spiritual belief system. All of these parts of your life will be essential to bring into the therapy space to understand best what ails you and where we might find remedies within you and your community.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families I specialize in treating anxiety and depression. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. I also enjoy working with teenage and younger clients. I see many people who are going through life transitions. When one is going through grief and loss, education challenges, relationship difficulties, a new family member, pain or illness, it can be particularly difficult to cope and particularly beneficial to be in therapy to work through these issues with an unbiased ear. I also specialize in working with individuals who have struggles with chronic pain. I completed my training at Simmons Graduate School of Social Work in Boston.
