Welcome! I’m Angelique, and it is a privilege to support you in your healing. I believe therapy is about uncovering the true self you were always meant to be. To better serve my clients, I completed a rigorous one-year trauma-focused fellowship with the Veterans Administration, working in an interdisciplinary team for rural and underserved areas. This gave me specialized, hands-on experience in advanced trauma modalities.

I have had a wide range of experiences with all developmental stages. I help create a warm and accepting space where clients feel safe and supported. I draw from many years of experience and continue to enjoy learning new ways of helping individuals.

As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I strongly believe in prioritizing yourself and mental health. I've been practicing for the past 8 years working with a variety of clients in all different ages and backgrounds, but within most of my years in practice, I focus on adults in their 20s-40s who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain as they navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, family issues, and boundaries.

Hi, I’m Nkem Uradu, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am board-certified to provide psychiatric care for both children and adults, and I especially love working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy for clients navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep concerns, ADHD, and other mental health challenges. Outside of work, I’m a big people person who loves to travel, meet new people, and volunteer, and I truly believe in treating others the way I would like to be treated.

I am Dr. Senay Tedla, a doctorally prepared, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with extensive nursing experience in both medical and behavioral health settings. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, attention difficulties, and substance-use concerns. My background as a clinician and nursing educator helps me explain treatment options clearly and support clients in making informed decisions about their care.
