Hello my name is Tam and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing, stability, and personal growth. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
My clinical approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, explore patterns that may be holding them back, and develop practical tools for coping and change. I strive to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel comfortable being open and authentic.
I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and complex social stressors. My background in social work allows me to view each person holistically, considering emotional, psychological, social, and environmental factors that impact well-being.
Above all, I believe in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them at their own pace. My goal is to empower clients to build insight, resilience, and confidence as they work toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

I am flexible in my approach to counseling, and I tailor my counseling style based on the needs of each person I work with. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients (age, gender, concerns, etc.) and I am passionate about what I do. Welcome! I'm Kerriann and I became a therapist because I love helping others to become the best version of themselves possible. My clients choose me because I'm warm, gentle, and help them to live authentic and fulfilling lives. I'm a licensed therapist (LCSW-C), a board-approved supervisor, and received my MSW from the University of Maryland SSW. I have extensive training in my areas of specialty, which are grief and loss, parenting, and anxiety.
I have been practicing therapy for about 5 years, receiving my master's degree from Saint Leo University in 2023 and my LCSW-C licensure in 2026. My main focus areas are complex trauma and attachment based issues, but I also am very effective at dealing with individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Autism.
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with individual adults. I support clients navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, relationship patterns, identity, and life transitions. My work is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in the belief that therapy can help you better understand yourself, strengthen self-trust, and the clinical belief that any person can change course in life at any time.
I draw from approaches such as EFT, IFS, ACT, and integrative experiential techniques, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore emotions, patterns, and strategies that help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself and the relationships that matter most.
I focus mostly on behavior change. That might be a change from how you think about yourself, relationships, work, or something else. I can help you explore that. My role is to support you in believing that change is possible.
I also work in an open-ended environment. There is no contract or set number of sessions. Therapy should be flexible, and everyone's frequency is different. Most people notice growth within 10 sessions.
Hi, I’m Jazzmin — a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who meets people where they are. My sessions are relaxed, real, and judgment-free.
