Hi, I'm Alyssa (Jade)! I grew up in a rural Louisiana town and care deeply about making mental health care easier to access. I work with adults across Louisiana via telehealth, experiencing a range of issues and those that may be feeling worn down by daily life or need some extra support. I help people navigating anxiety, ADHD, women’s issues, trauma, alcohol or substance use, depression, family issues, and stress.

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I am deeply committed to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths. My work is grounded in trauma-centered therapy, recognizing that many emotional and behavioral challenges are rooted in experiences that deserve compassion, understanding, and skilled support.

My professional experience ranges from addictions, mental health, and geriatric care to my most recent position as a hospice social worker.
