Hi, I'm Beth, a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana with close to 30 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families, most of that in schools and hospital-based outpatient care. I work with relationship issues, grief, sleep struggles, and women's issues, and I love being part of a team working toward what matters to you.

I work with adults facing addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles, as well as athletes, from professionals to serious weekend competitors, looking to strengthen their mental game. I also support clients preparing for or integrating a psychedelic-assisted therapy experience, a less common but increasingly requested area of practice. Outside the therapy room, I'm renovating my house, rereading the classics, and still chasing a decent golf swing.

I believe that each person holds inherent wisdom needed to transform pain into healing. Although pain is a natural part of life, it doesn't have to define your future. My belief is that through a trusted relationship, you can access an inner sense of safety needed to heal wounds while honoring your unique journey.

I have over 8 1/2 years of experience helping adults, children, and families learn how to heal and grow from dysfunction, trauma, addiction, and mental health issues of all kinds. I have worked with people from ages 3-80 years old so I have a multitude of experiences with all kinds of mental health issues including (trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, LGBTQIA+ related issues, and more). I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has worked in community mental health and online.
