My name is Crystal Broughton. I am the founder of Milestone Counseling & Wellness, LLC (MCW) and lead therapist with a faith-based approach. As a licensed professional counselor, my mission is to provide the environment that fosters growth and resilience to help those feel empowered and reclaim their lives.

I am a Master level, fully licensed and Nationally Certified Clinician. I understand the necessity of a safe place to discover healing & growth. We all experience levels of anxiety, depression, existential, and family/social conflict that hinders us from moving forward. The one thing we forget is that we don't have to endure it alone.

I work primarily with adult men who may appear successful and capable on the outside, but inwardly feel stuck, confused, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals or retired men who’ve spent years focused on careers and responsibilities, but now find themselves asking deeper questions about who they are, why they feel the way they do, and how to live more authentically. Some are navigating major life transitions—divorce, retirement, grief, or aging. Others are simply tired of feeling emotionally numb, misunderstood, or unsure of how to change long-standing patterns.

I specialize in working with men who are ready to take an honest look at themselves—not because something is “broken,” but because something inside is asking for more. More clarity. More peace. More understanding of why they think, feel, and act the way they do. Using evidence-based modalities such as: Internal Family Systems (IFS) , Hypnotherapy and DBT.

I understand the pressures, expectations, and quiet struggles many men carry—but rarely talk about. I also know how hard it can be to reach out and say, “I could use someone to talk to.” Therapy isn’t about being weak. After spending 12 years working in the legal field, having 3 children, and ensuring my son with special needs had the support he needed to reach his potential, which he did beautifully, I decided to follow my (other) passion. Went back to school in 2016 to earn my Masters in Social Work, which allowed me to follow my dream - helping people find their voice, their identify, their peace, their power and their ability to grow.

Ericka Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), and Certified Anger Manger Specialist (CAMS) who is committed to assisting individuals, families, and couples in identifying barriers and eliminating obstacles that prevent appropriate responses to everyday life triggers and stressors in a healthy and appropriate manner. For over a decade I have serviced individuals, families and couples in community, residential, outpatient and private practice settings.

I assist individuals, Couples and Families in understanding and resolving attributing factors that creates barriers in communicating thoughts, needs, wants and desires in a healthy and effective manner. My practice provides a safe and nonjudgmental environment that allows individuals, couples and families find their voice and connect to their feelings by developing an awareness of their thoughts and behaviors that produce depressive and anxiety symptoms.

I am a seasoned professional continuing to study and learn the most impactful ways to lessen human suffering and promote self love in all. Beginning my practice decades ago as a combat trauma therapist, I have found myself dealing with the traumas of early life and relationships with most my adolescent and adult clients. I believe counseling can offer many “tools”, to cope, however, I prefer to help people heal so that coping becomes an infrequent need.
