I have a wealth of over 15 years' experience providing individual, family, couple therapy to those who have depression, anxiety, endured trauma, relationship concerns, or life stressors with work, personal, or family. My clients age from 15 years old to 62. They are diverse in reference to gender, culture, race, spiritualty, and relational beliefs.

I work with adult individuals 18+. I have over 5 years experience in varied adult issues. This includes sex offender work and work with sexual assault survivors. I have worked with people who are dealing with personality issues, issues with depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, CPTSD and PTSD, as well as grief overall. Grief comes in many shapes and forms. I work with varied issues that are too many to name. I not only have clinical experience but real life experience to back it up.

Inspired by a deep desire to make a difference in people’s lives, I pursued my education in health care. This journey has been a blessing and a privilege, allowing me to work in health care and provide care for the people I love and serve.
