I am a fully-licensed therapist who loves working with people with eating disorders, body image issues, OCD, anxiety, childhood sexual abuse, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. My work focuses on helping clients who have experienced trauma, abuse (sexual, emotional, physical), anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, domestic violence, blended families, and major life transitions.
Outside the therapy room, you'll usually find me at the gym, watching football, horseback riding, or near the ocean. I've traveled to more than 20 countries, and being out in nature is where I feel most grounded. I bring that same energy into my work: warm, direct, and real. I don't do stiff or clinical.
