As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist-Consultant (CEDS-C), I support teens and women in managing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and emotional overwhelm so they can feel grounded, confident, and healthy again. I have certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parenting, Trauma Focused Therapy, Moral Reconation Therapy, Domestic Violence Assessment and Treatment, Emotionally Focused Therapy, addictions, and play therapy. I have worked with many behavioral problems in children and adolescents, as well as adults.

Experiences and educational background include: Bachelors degree in Zoology and Physiology, Masters in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology/Zoology, Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. National certification in Mental Health Counseling. I have extensive experience as a clinical supervisor and director of a mental health and substance abuse clinic.

Sometimes the hardest part of therapy is showing up before you even know what you want out of it. If you're feeling stuck, frustrated, or like something needs to change but you can't quite name what, that's exactly where we start. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, and the kind of life experiences that feel too big to sort out alone. You don't need to come in with clear goals. We'll figure that out together.
