I am Jesmond Fair, born and raised in rural Alabama and later became an alumnus of The University of Alabama. I completed all my graduate training at UGA and am calling Atlanta home. I am a gay Black Christian cis-gender male. For most moments of the day, I have a random song on repeat in my head. This can be attributed to my background in vocal and instrumental music. I believe in being real. So, clients can expect facial reactions, slang, occasional profanity, laughter, and even tears.

Hi, I'm Maureen (she/her), and I’m a licensed professional counselor with more than two decades of experience supporting clients with toxic parent recovery, narcissistic abuse recovery, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions. I often see folks who appear successful on the outside but are struggling inside. I advocate for people who are starting something new and scary or leaving behind something painful. I hold a master’s degree in counseling and have worked in hospital systems, outpatient clinics, and university counseling centers. I work with adults and college students to better understand patterns and survival instincts. When I'm not working, I'm usually exercising in some way, spending time outside, or playing music.

I am a master's level, licensed professional counselor (LPC) committed to helping adults overcome adversity. My work focuses on identifying negative mindsets, reprocessing trauma, and spiritual mentoring. I am passionate about sharing hope and joy despite difficult circumstances for adults struggling with anxiety, depression and grief. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. I hold a master’s degree in nursing with specialized training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management, as well as psychotherapy.

My practice focuses on treating a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, addiction recovery and perinatal mental health concerns. I integrate a client-centered approach that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive counseling, and lifestyle interventions alongside medication when appropriate.
