Welcome! My name is Dr. Natalia Kuzmina, PhD. I hold a LMFT/LCMFT license in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Kansas. I earned my PhD. in Couple and Family Therapy from Kansas State University and my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I enjoy working with children, teens and adults who are navigating personal challenges including anxiety, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, chronic illness, and life adjustments. I specialize in evidence based cognitive behavioral therapy modalities. I am passionate about this work because I believe God has created us for relational connection, and healing begins with feeling heard and seen--no one should have to face life's trials alone. Katie Dean is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of healthcare expertise, including 10 years of specialized psychiatric practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, specializing in psychiatric evaluations, differential diagnosis, and medication management for various disorders. She provides expert care for patients navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and autism spectrum disorder.

Outside the therapy room, you'll usually find me at the gym, watching football, horseback riding, or near the ocean. I've traveled to more than 20 countries, and being out in nature is where I feel most grounded. I bring that same energy into my work: warm, direct, and real. I don't do stiff or clinical. I'm here to listen, ask honest questions, and help you sort through what's weighing on you. Whatever you bring in, you'll be met without judgment.
