My passion is fostering a secure, supportive environment where you can express your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed psychologist who is passionate about helping women understand themselves more deeply, overcome challenges, and build lives that feel meaningful and fulfilling. I provide both therapy and psychological evaluations in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
In therapy, I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem concerns. I believe healing happens when people feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes.
I also provide comprehensive psychological evaluations to help individuals gain clarity about their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Evaluations may address concerns related to ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, personality functioning, cognitive changes, and diagnostic clarification. My goal is not simply to provide answers, but to help you better understand your strengths, challenges, and the most effective path forward.
Whether you are seeking therapy, an evaluation, or both, I strive to create a collaborative experience where you feel respected, understood, and supported every step of the way.
I am a bilingual therapist who offers a supportive space for individuals from diverse backgrounds. I specializes in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with more than a decade of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges and find what works for them. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds in community mental health, providing individual, family, and group therapy to support healing, growth, and lasting change.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and respect. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, develop practical coping skills, and gain greater insight into yourself. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I will work alongside you to help you build resilience and move toward the life you want.
I recognize that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I strive to make the experience welcoming and empowering. Together, we'll identify your strengths, address obstacles, and develop meaningful strategies that support your emotional well-being and personal growth.
Sometimes the way you learned to cope is no longer helping you live the life you want. You may turn to substances when emotions become overwhelming, find yourself reacting with anger you later regret, or feel trapped between anxiety, depression, and painful experiences from your past. These struggles can begin affecting your relationships, family, confidence, and ability to recognize yourself. I provide virtual individual and family therapy in English and Spanish for adolescents, adults, and seniors throughout Florida, with a focus on substance use and addiction, anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma. I also support clients navigating family and relationship issues, PTSD, grief and loss, stress, major life transitions, women’s issues, maternal mental health, identity concerns, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and eating disorders when these challenges intersect with the primary reasons they seek therapy. My goal is to help you understand what is keeping you stuck, reconnect with your strengths, and develop healthier ways to move forward.
There is something different about talking to someone who actually understands your world. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with identity and how they see themselves, and I offer sessions in both English and Haitian Creole. I bring particular care to clients from Haitian and Caribbean backgrounds and to women navigating the emotional weight of motherhood, loss, and everything in between. With more than 15 years of experience, I have seen what becomes possible when people feel genuinely seen and free to show up exactly as they are.
