I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals find balance, healing, and hope. I provide medication management and supportive therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and life stressors. My goal is to create a compassionate and judgment-free space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to take control of your mental health.

I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, including depression, panic disorder, anxiety, and difficult life transitions. My practice includes working with people coping with low self-esteem, substance use, infertility, postpartum mental health concerns, menopause, infidelity, and divorce. I also have specialized clinical experience working with those struggling with chronic illness and chronic pain, caregivers supporting loved ones with Dementia, and clients affected by family estrangement.
