I'm a licensed mental health counselor with a master's degree from Capella University, and I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life's most challenging moments — from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles, big life transitions, parenting pressures, and career uncertainty.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused techniques — not because one size fits all, but because you deserve support that actually fits your life. I'm Nicole, a Licensed Professional Counselor with seven years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in Michigan, and I believe the right support can shift what feels impossible to change on your own.

I also support clients working through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions, working with adolescents through seniors across a wide range of challenges.
