I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing experience, with the majority of my career spent in the emergency department. That experience has shaped me into a warm, direct, and nonjudgmental provider who understands that people often seek help during some of the most overwhelming moments of their lives.
I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood instability, overwhelming stress, and substance use. I believe mental health care should help you make sense of what you’re experiencing without leaving you feeling more overwhelmed.
I became a psychiatric provider because I wanted to help people quiet the crowded mind. Mental health challenges can make everything feel louder and harder to manage. My goal is to help you understand what may be contributing to how you feel, explore your treatment options, and develop a plan that feels manageable and individualized to you. I want treatment to create more clarity and more room for you to live your life.
I have over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy across a wide range of settings, including acute and non-acute mental health, residential treatment, and outpatient care. Throughout my career, I've worked with adults, adolescents, individuals, and couples facing everything from everyday life stressors to more complex emotional and psychological challenges.
While I work with a broad range of concerns, I have particular interests in relationship counseling using the Gottman Method, chronic pain utilizing Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), addiction, borderline personality disorder using DBT, and anxiety-related disorders. I also frequently help clients navigate life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting, work stress, panic, and general emotional well-being.
One thing that deeply shapes my work is a genuine curiosity about the human condition. I believe every person's story makes sense when we take the time to understand it. Rather than viewing people through the lens of a diagnosis alone, I strive to understand the experiences, relationships, beliefs, and circumstances that have shaped who they are. I see therapy as a collaborative process of exploration, insight, and meaningful change.
Hi, I’m Natalye—though you’re welcome to call me Nat, whichever feels more comfortable for you.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My work has spanned a wide range of populations, diagnoses, and settings. I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, behavioral issues, and eating disorders. My clinical experience includes in-home services, inpatient hospitalization, residential care, and outpatient treatment.
With an empathic approach and dynamic disposition, I’m deeply committed to building strong, trusting, and positive relationships with my clients and their support systems. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive spaces—and I’m proud to walk alongside my clients in that journey.
Back-to-school ADHD & adolescent anxiety visits — evening appointments available! If you've cycled through medications that didn't work, been put on prescriptions that never quite fit, or felt handed a pill for every symptom without anyone explaining why — you're not a difficult case. You're a patient who hasn't been fully heard yet.
I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with additional certification in telebehavioral health, and I do things differently: I take the time to get the complete picture before making any decision. My career — from flight nursing to inpatient behavioral health — taught me to stay calm and thorough with the most complex cases. I treat mental and physical health together,
grounded in evidence-based care, and I make sure you understand your options — medications, nutrition, sleep, movement — so you can make real choices about your own care.
