Welcome all! My background is working with children, adults, couples and families for the last 20+ years. I have a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I speak English and Spanish.
My philosophy is very Jungian-based. I offer a masculine perspective to help those in learning about how to help relate to themselves better and then offer better relationships with others. My work is centered on the truth that when we see reality we are set free. The matrix keeps you stuck and enslaved. My mission is to help people free themselves so they can connect to their true nature and feel more fulfilled. I use health, nature, sexuality, and spirit to help others.
Are you living the life you want? Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or depressed? This is the first step in the right direction towards positive change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Doctor of Social Work (DSW) who is dedicated to supporting others who are challenged with life stressors, life transitions, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relational concerns.
HI! I'm Elizabeth! I'm an LMFT who graduated in 2018 fron Liberty University. I've worked in community mental health, psychiatric hospitals and private practice. I think I have the best job in the world and I absolutely love helping my clients find strategies and solutions that make sense for them! I typically work with teenagers and women who are going through life changes. They find themselves needing some additional help to solve problems or support to see it through.
You deserve to feel heard, supported, and understood—and if you’re here, you’ve already taken a meaningful step toward change.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Connecticut, specializing in mental health and substance use. I’ve worked with teens, adults, and families across a range of settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, home-based care, and virtual therapy.
I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, identity exploration, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own.
My approach is collaborative, direct when helpful, and grounded in compassion. I use evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, but I tailor therapy to what actually fits your life—not just a model. We focus on what’s showing up for you right now, while also working toward longer-term stability and change.
Therapy with me is not about judgment or perfection. It’s a space to slow things down, understand what’s driving stress or emotional pain, and build practical tools that help you feel more steady and in control of your day-to-day life.
As a child of immigrants, I have seen how hard it may be to navigate different cultures and identities in America. I also have first hand experience navigating three cultures and acculturation issues throughout my life, I have seen how lonely it may feel to have trauma related to cultures and family of origin. Coming from several cultures is a privilege but can also be a challenge. I have seen how these struggles can be hard for both children and adults and can cause stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety among other concerns. I work with you using several different therapy techniques to identify ways to navigate the challenges
Life can be a lot. Between juggling work, friends and family life, anxiety and sadness can sneak up on you. Therapy isn’t about lying on a couch while someone silently nods, it’s about having a real convo with someone who gets it. Together, we’ll work together out how to quiet the noise, boost your mental health, and build habits that make life feel less like survival mode and more like you actually living it. Life throws curveballs — and when we don’t fully process them, they can sneakily pile up as stress, anxiety, or that heavy feeling you just can’t shake. That’s where therapy comes in.
My mission is simple: create a space where you can express yourself, shake off the weight you’ve been carrying, and explore who you’ve been, who you are, and who you want to become. A safe zone for real talk and growth. EMDR (a way of helping your brain re-file old memories so they don’t keep hitting the panic button), systems theory, person centered theory.
Therapy with me isn’t about lying on a couch in awkward silence. It’s modern, collaborative, sometimes even a little fun — because growth doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I’m open-minded yet structured and here to make the process feel less like a chore and more like a genuine reset.
For insurances I do not accept: Out of network provider: 4 questions to ask insurance representative: Does your plan include "out-of-network" coverage for mental health? What is your annual deductible for mental health benefits? What is your co-insurance? (What percentage does the plan cover?) Is there a limit on sessions?
Hii I’m Asia, and congratulations on completing the biggest step of this process... the search. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion in guiding clients on their unique paths of healing and self-discovery. While I have experience working with all age groups, I find my specialty lies within the young adult population. I truly believe this is such a unique period in our lives full of life lessons.
