I have 8 years of experience in psychiatric/mental health nursing, and I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, insomnia, trauma, and more, using approaches like CBT therapy and trauma-informed care. I aim to provide simple, non-judgmental, supportive, and personalized care to help you feel understood and empowered on your mental health journey.

My passion is to help others find more joy and meaning in their lives. I work creatively and collaboratively with adults, teens, and children to explore the heart of the matter. I have experience working in the schools, with a team at a counseling clinic, and in private practice. I specialize with teenagers and their families and moving into couples work as well.

I have close to two decades of experience treating adults, children, and families in the Bay Area. My focus is on providing integrative psychotherapy (IP). IP is an approach that is generally flexible with an inclusive attitude toward the different psychotherapeutic models depending on the client's needs.

I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are professionals who appear successful and capable on the outside but privately feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck.

I also work extensively with men and husbands who have spent years believing they should be able to handle life's challenges on their own.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 25 years in engineering and organizational leadership. That experience gives me an appreciation for the pressures of work, relationships, family responsibilities, and the challenge of balancing competing demands while trying to keep everything together.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC II) with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life and the concerns that arise. I specialize in addiction, trauma, and co-occurring mental health challenges. I bring a deep commitment to meeting people where they are in their process. In my practice, I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe meaningful change happens when we honor each person’s lived experience and work together toward self-identified goals at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I meet clients where they are, whether they are just beginning to explore change or looking to deepen their healing and personal growth.

I’m here to make this journey feel gentle, welcoming, and human. I keep things clear and simple so you can focus on what matters, not the overwhelm. My style is warm, encouraging, and a little poetic—because softness helps us breathe. Let’s take this step together, one calm moment at a time.

Dr. Fidelis Azeke is a University of the Pacific, Sacramento graduate and a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who specializes in treating patients of all ages. He has 13 years of nursing experience, and over 6 years of specialization in the practice of psychiatry, overseeing the care of patients - infants, children, adults, through the lifespan. Dr. Azeke is a licensed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in California, Utah, Washington State and New York State.

I'm Robert Jimenez, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for adults from diverse backgrounds. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Together, we'll work to understand what you're experiencing, identify your goals, and develop a treatment plan that supports your long-term well-being. I provide care in both English and Spanish and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community.
