I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, and I've been working in mental health since I was in my twenties — over 20 years, most recently within LA County public service. I'm now building a private practice focused on adults who are actively choosing to be in therapy. I see clients via telehealth throughout California.

My role as a Brainspotting clinician is to offer you support, as you discover your innate capacity for positive self change. I specialize in trauma focused therapy, specializing in treating anxiety disorders. I focus on various forms of addiction, OCD, behavioral issues, depression, bi-polar and mood disorders.

I am a masters level trained Brainspotting clinician and a U.S. Army veteran. Hi! I'm a Latino therapist (he/him) born and raised in East Los Angeles. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from UCLA and my Master of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. With nearly 9 years of experience in child welfare, probation, and community mental health, I use a holistic, trauma-informed approach to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience across medical and behavioral health settings. I currently serve as a Lead Social Worker at Adventist Health and also work with college students at a community college, providing mental health support, crisis intervention, and care coordination. My background spans hospital, home health, and community settings, and I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, end-of-life care, bipolar disorder, substance use, and chronic health conditions. I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients. I offer telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends throughout California, making care accessible for clients who work during the day.
