I have worked with a variety of clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds. My primary focus has been on individual therapy but enjoy working with couples and families as well. I bring empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness to all of my therapy sessions.

A core priority in my work is helping clients reclaim the power of their voice. Therapy is most meaningful as a collaborative process where you are not only heard, but truly attempted to be known. As an Iranian American therapist, I understand the richness and complexity of holding multiple cultural identities. I especially enjoy supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), as well working with teenagers and adults navigating identity formation, relationships, and the often tender process of growing into themselves. There’s room here for deep healing, honest conversations, and the occasional ‘okay, but why is my brain doing THAT?’

I completed my Master's in Counseling Psychology at The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field varying from community youth work, psychiatric inpatient nursing, and counseling. I became licensed as a Marriage & Family Therapist in April 2023, accruing over 4 years of experience providing psychotherapy to clients in the LGBTQ and immigrant communities navigating mood, identity, and relationships.

Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, especially when you’ve been trying to manage everything on your own. I work with adults and adolescents who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or simply unsure of what to do next. You may be navigating depression, trauma, relationship or family challenges, grief, stress, or a difficult transition in your life. Whatever brings you in, you don’t have to have it all figured out. I’m warm, approachable, and genuinely interested in understanding your experience, not judging it. I want therapy to be a place where you can exhale, be yourself, and feel like you don’t have to carry everything alone.

Marche Williams is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, accomplished behavioral health leader, and Founder of SOZO Child & Family Wellness. With more than ten years of direct clinical experience, Marche has dedicated her career to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating complex behavioral health, emotional, and life challenges.

Marche’s professional mission is rooted in a simple belief: meaningful change occurs when people are given the right combination of support, practical tools, accountability, compassion, and hope. I am a licensed therapist who specializes in anxiety depression and behavioral addictions such as gambling, gaming, shopping, and technology use. I became an LCSW because, quite simply, I love people and have the deepest respect for all living things. I have a masters in Social work and background in Psychology, Sociology and Education. I believe that every individual has innate strengths and my goal is to help you tap into yours. Whether you are in a difficult life transition, navigating healthy relationships, or looking to understand yourself more deeply, I am here to empower you so that you can move from feeling "stuck" to feeling capable.

Outside of the therapy room, I am a proud mom and dedicated reader. As someone who identifies as a lifelong learner, I will bring curiosity and warmth to every session. In addition to my private practice, I am a crisis clinician. This background has sharpened my ability to remain grounded, and provide a safe, stable space even when a situation may feel the most chaotic.
