Hi, I’m Angilee, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over 12 years of healthcare experience and recently completed advanced training in mental health care. I’ve worked with children and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings, helping with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I’m passionate about helping you feel better and take control of your mental health.
My interest in mental health began during my military service as a Survival Instructor in the United States Airforce. During this time, I had the privilege of teaching students from all walks of life the skills to survive in any environment. I became fascinated with human behavior, stress management/responses and the profound capabilities of the mind, body and spirit when faced with adversity. While navigating through the wilderness, a waypoint is defined as "a stop along ones journey." It is a safe place where the traveler can take shelter, rest, gain insight on where they've been, accept and honor where they are, and determine their way forward. It's a place for healing. This is what I strive to provide for my clients. I completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Northwestern University. I have experience counseling couples, teens, adult individuals, and groups. As an Airforce veteran, I have a passion for serving military members and their families. I have been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 13 years and have practiced in multiple areas. I have 3 years of MAT experience and am board-certified as a Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have always had a special interest in mental health and psychology. I can relate to people and listen to their concerns in a very empathetic manner.

I have an unrestricted license to independently practice as a social worker in both the states of Washington and California.
My clinical training is in motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based CBT, DBT, suicide assessment, and a strengths-based approach.
I am professionally trained in Intergroup Dialogue facilitation, providing clinical supervision for social workers, as well as EDI strategy.
