I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate healing, growth, and life’s challenges. My background has equipped me to address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, family conflict, and self-esteem. My approach is grounded in compassion, patience and collaboration.
I’m a Doctor of Social Work, Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Army combat veteran with degrees in Sociology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and Social Work. My approach to therapy is humanistic, compassionate, honest, and practical. I believe that life’s stressors, whether they come from work, relationships, major life changes, past experiences, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything at once, can affect us in ways that are difficult to manage alone.
I strive to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and understood without judgment.
I have been practicing for over 10 years. Therapy and helping others is my purpose.
Welcome! I'm David Redden, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's most difficult challenges. I specialize in trauma recovery, relationship counseling, anxiety, depression, and family conflict.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools to move forward.
I’m a seasoned psychotherapist who helps individuals and couples create healthy, fulfilling relationships—starting from within. My approach is warm, empathic, and solutions-focused, combining mindful insight with practical strategies for real-life change. Whether you’re healing from past wounds, navigating conflict, or seeking deeper connection, I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore what’s holding you back and build the skills for lasting growth. Clients describe me as calm, grounding, and genuinely invested in their progress—someone who helps them feel seen, supported, and empowered to love with confidence and clarity.
Thank you for taking a moment to read my profile! I specialize in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR. I work with clients who may be facing complex post-traumatic stress disorder caused by childhood neglect, abuse, or domestic violence. C-PTSD can lead to anxiety, depression, inability to regulate emotions, strained relationships, intense feelings of distrust, dissociation, or suicidal thoughts.
You don't have to fit a certain mold to feel at home in therapy. I'm a secular, non-religious therapist who works primarily with adults and older adolescents who are choosing to be in therapy and ready to make a change. I work with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, identity, relationships, and life's challenges, with a particular appreciation for clients who consider themselves a little nerdier or outside the mainstream.
There's a version of surviving that looks fine from the outside but feels exhausting on the inside, and if that's where you are right now, I want you to know you're not alone in it. I work with Black women learning to put their own emotional needs first, neurodivergent young adults building the coping skills and structure that actually hold up in daily life, and adults living with anxiety who are ready to try a different approach. I bring the same steady, grounded presence to every person I sit with, whatever brought them in. If you're motivated to grow and just need the right space to do it, you'll find yourself at home with me.
My name is Mysti and I have been a therapist for almost 15 years. I have worked in hosptial settings, agency settings, and private practice. Along with working with clients, I also supervise LPC-Associates who are working on their hours toward full licenure. I have a Master's in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University which was very infuential in recieving my intership at The Samaritan Inn years ago, a homeless shelter in Collin County. I then returned to the INN years later as their Counseling Team Lead and just recently finished my shelter career there as their Chief Program Officer. Treatment areas I love to walk along side are: depression, anxiety, grief/ loss, unexpected life transitions, self identity, faith transitions, cancer journeys, and women's issues.
Hi, I’m Brittany. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Therapist with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges, transitions, and seasons of growth.
At the heart of my work is a genuine love for helping people better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have gotten lost along the way. I especially enjoy working with teens, adults, and families, and I believe some of the most meaningful change happens when we have a safe space to show up as our whole selves—not just the parts that seem easiest to explain.
I bring warmth, compassion, curiosity, and a little humor into the therapy room. You don’t need to arrive with the right words or have everything figured out. Come as you are—we’ll start there.
