Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, overwhelmed by anxiety or life transitions, or noticing the same struggles showing up in your relationships, you’re not alone. Many people carry ways of coping that once helped them get through difficult moments but now feel limiting or exhausting. I work with young adults, adults, and couples who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. With a background in education and counseling across all developmental stages, I bring a deeper understanding of how early experiences shape who we are today and how we can begin to shift those patterns.
I have over a decade of experience working across both educational and clinical settings, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and patterns rooted in early experiences. I work with young adults, adults, and couples who want to break out of cycles that no longer serve them and feel more grounded, intentional, and connected in their lives. My work is especially helpful for those exploring how past experiences continue to influence present thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Whether you're facing a difficult transition or seeking personal growth, I'm here to support you on your journey.

This is what I know:
In my family, we have Neurodivergence, some anxiety, depression, grief, life stages, chronic illnesses and conditions and pain issues.
My belief: You are the Key to your Solutions!
I came to counseling after realizing at age 16 that I was meant to be counselor. Since then, working as a Sp. Ed. teacher and a regular education and Sp. Ed. counselor and in IOP therapy have added up while I persisted to make my dream come true to be an LPC. Yes, dreams do come true!
Personally, I offer experience and life perspective learned from nearly all the eras of our human experience and I hope to share it with my clients.
Therapies and techniques, and plans are customized just for you: Person-Centered, Cognitive - Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Self - Expression and Mindfulness through art and nature. All are holistically for your mind, body and spirit benefit.
Taking the first step to therapy can be hard and such a relief once that first step is taken. I am here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space of compassion and empathy. Through a holistic lens we will work together to navigate life's challenges and achieve your personal goals. With over 20 years in education, I now find myself working with clients from diverse backgrounds and all ages. My approach will be tailored to meet your unique needs. We will discuss your needs and find a treatment that best fits your needs and goals. I offer help navigating trauma, depression, ADHD, grief and life transitions. Together we will conquer the root of life's deeper issues or places you may feel stuck. You already have the strength and resilience to write your new story - it is my job to create a safe, authentic and sometimes humorous space where you can begin to rewrite it.
