Welcome! I am so glad you found me. I am a highly trained therapist who works with children and adolescents ages 3-18 as well as young adults and parents. Hello! My name is Jesica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2016, my master’s degree in 2019, and became an LCSW in 2025. My experience includes inpatient behavioral health, supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, religious trauma, relationship challenges, and eating disorders. I'm currently a social worker at the VA hospital with a primary focus in substance use and homelessness.
My passion for mental health is deeply personal. I once experienced my own struggles and had a therapist help me find hope and healing when I needed it most. That experience inspired me to become a therapist who helps others feel seen, supported, and empowered through life’s challenges.
I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, discover your strengths, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
Outside of my work, I’m a wife and a proud mom of three children. I enjoy spending time with my family exploring our community through outdoor activities, local events, concerts, and farmers markets. I also love traveling, experiencing different cultures, cooking, reading, and gardening.
I believe connection, curiosity, and finding joy in everyday moments are important parts of a balanced life, and those values guide both who I am and how I support my clients. If you’re ready to begin your therapy journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
I am a bilingual, first-generation immigrant interested in diversity issues such as oppression, discrimination, and generational cultural challenges. I enjoy helping cross-culture individuals understand the stigma within communities when seeking mental health services.
