I hold credentials as an ATR-BC, ATCS, and LPC-AT-S, specializing in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I earned degrees in Phenomenological Psychology, Humanistic Psychology, and Art Therapy. My approach is person-centered, integrating art therapy to support children, teens, adults, and veterans facing trauma, grief, and identity challenges in a safe, creative space.
