Are relationships—whether with family, friends, or yourself—leaving you feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or disconnected? For more than 13 years, I've worked alongside teens and families in school settings, including 6 years as a mental health counselor and accommodations specialist. I understand the challenges young people face, from anxiety, depression, and ADHD to social pressures, identity development, family conflict, and academic stress. I also work with college students and adults navigating relationships, life transitions, burnout, grief, and anxiety. Therapy can help you feel grounded, understood, and more connected.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to be yourself, without judgment or pressure. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen with compassion, and help you feel more understood, confident, and supported along the way.

My clinical practice is rooted in a strength-based perspective, and my therapeutic style includes warmth, openness, and collaboration. Common treatments I provide include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Psychotherapy. My focus is empowering clients to use their strengths and gain insight using different tools, solutions, and coping skills.
I licensed professional board certified psychotherapist, and certified trauma therapist that believes in meeting clients where they are. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! My focus is working with individuals suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship conflict, and women's issues.
In 2019, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and in 2022, I obtained my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. Both were from Texas A&M International University. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the state of Texas. I am also a Substance Abuse Professional and an Internationally Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. You might look like you're holding it all together on the outside while feeling exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed on the inside. Maybe you've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've stopped checking in with yourself. Or maybe life changed unexpectedly, and you're trying to figure out who you are now.
If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, families, veterans, first responders, and LGBTQ+ individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, major life transitions, and the stress that comes from simply trying to keep up. My goal isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you understand yourself more deeply, quiet the constant mental noise, and feel more confident in the choices you make.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I'm easy to talk to, calm, honest, and genuine. Therapy with me is a place where you don't have to have it all figured out. You can show up exactly as you are, and we'll take it one step at a time.
I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families who want to gain deeper insight, heal from the past, and create positive change in their lives. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or significant life transitions, I’m here to help you uncover your resilience and empower you to move forward with confidence. I see my role as both a guide and a partner, helping you tap into your own strengths and resources to make lasting changes.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in helping adults, women, veterans, BIPOC, and military families navigate the emotional weight of anxiety, trauma, and burnout. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative — I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation with someone who truly gets it.
I use evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-CBT); Mindfulness and Acceptance-Based Therapies (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy-ACT); and Relationship and Family Therapies (Family Systems Therapy). My desire is to help clients begin to heal at the root, not just manage symptoms. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns keeping you stuck and gently shift the beliefs that no longer serve you. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally free — not just in therapy, but in your everyday life.
