Hi! I'm Amy. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 15 years of experience supporting adults. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, and relationship challenges, and I also work with couples seeking stronger communication and connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and relational, creating a space where you can show up as you are. Together, we’ll understand the patterns keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I support individuals facing anxiety and depression, often rooted in past trauma. Many of my clients carry painful beliefs like “I’m not enough” or “I’m a burden.” They seek relief from overwhelming thoughts, greater balance, and healthier relationships. Using EMDR and trauma-informed care, I help process difficult experiences, release old wounds, and build coping skills, boundaries, self-worth, and confidence to live more fully in their daily lives.
As a licensed professional counselor and psychotherapist, my relationship with my client is the most important aspect of the process. I strive for connection and a collaborative spirit. It is always my goal to help the client with their unique and special needs. Whether someone struggles with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, or general relational issues, I want to develop a plan with them that will be customized to their needs, and specific to what their desired outcome is.
