My name is LaDarrius, and I am an LPC-MHSP licensed in the state of TN. I have worked with a variety of people struggling with mental health. I am dedicated when it comes to supporting you and moving forward. I have come to realize that we all need some support as we face struggles and challenging situations. In order further support the best way I can, I have furthered my education by attaining my masters in clinical mental health counseling. Regardless of what you are dealing with, I aim to provide a warm and safe space that allows you to process and get through anything. In order to further support the best way I can, I have furthered my education by attaining my masters in clinical mental health counseling. I am also currently working on my doctorate. I am committed to serving individuals, couples, and families when it comes to life struggles. Let's begin this journey together.
I hold over five years of experience in mental health and have seen a wide range of ages, diagnoses, cultures, and levels of willingness to change their life circumstances. I provide my clients with the freedom to be who they are and to take off their masks. I have seen and heard almost everything and invite people to be their honest selves with me.
I’m the kind of therapist who shows up as a real person first. I’m warm, honest, and deeply committed to helping you feel safe enough to be yourself. I have experience working with people navigating stress, relationship challenges, emotional ups and downs, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported.
I believe that meaningful change happens in the context of safe, authentic relationships. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and challenged in ways that promote lasting growth.
I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and work with adults, couples, and families. While relationships are a primary area of focus, I also work with individuals facing attachment wounds, overwhelming stress, emotional disconnection, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Rather than simply helping you manage symptoms, I want to help you understand what is driving them so meaningful change becomes possible.
I came to therapy from the other side of it. Years ago, a workplace injury took away the career I'd built and — for a while — my ability to cope with much of anything. Rebuilding taught me what actually works: not inspiration, not willpower, but practical tools and someone willing to be honest with you about what's going on. I've been an LCSW since 2019, trained at the University of Tennessee, and I work exclusively with adults across Tennessee through telehealth. My clients deal with anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, anger, trauma, and the particular weight of living with chronic pain alongside mental health struggles. I'm not a blank-slate therapist — I'm direct, I'll tell you what I'm observing, and I treat your goals as the actual point of the work

Robert Golan helps clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, including marriage counseling. He offers a practical, supportive, and structured approach focused on real-life change. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, helping clients better understand patterns, develop effective coping tools, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I tend to work well with people whose lives or mental health do not fit neatly into one box. Many of the people I work with are dealing with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, substance use, relationship stress, or family conflict, and they often understand the pattern but still feel stuck in it. If you feel overwhelmed, reactive, burned out, or frustrated that insight alone has not created change, I want therapy to be a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and start making sense of what is happening beneath the surface.
