I'm a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience working with adults navigating some of life's hardest seasons — infertility, adoption, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and the kind of grief that doesn't have a clear name yet. I'm faith-integrated in my approach, which means I honor the role spirituality plays in your life without ever making it a requirement. My clients describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and refreshingly direct. I don't do one-size-fits-all therapy — every treatment plan starts with your story.
Laura is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over a decade of experience in mental health care. She earned her Master’s degree with honors from Rowan University, and her clinical background includes inpatient work at a Neuroscience Behavioral Health facility as well as at the well-respected Dunn Behavioral Health Center. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan—children, adolescents, adults, and seniors—addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Her approach centers on providing compassionate, holistic, and collaborative care. She believes that mental health is a vital part of overall well-being and strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. She works closely with her clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. With extensive experience treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more, she is passionate about helping clients find hope, resilience, and renewed vitality. Laura is committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward mental wellness, believing everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and balanced life. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use, and I bring experience from interdisciplinary behavioral health settings where care often intersects with complex life circumstances.
My approach is collaborative, direct, and rooted in the understanding that healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Mental health is deeply shaped by culture, community, history, and systems of power. Part of my work is intentionally engaging in a decolonizing approach to therapy—honoring lived experience, questioning one-size-fits-all models of care, and creating space for clients to define healing on their own terms.
I integrate frameworks such as American Society of Addiction Medicine and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration as supportive tools—not rigid rules—while drawing from motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and relational work that centers respect, autonomy, and real connection.
I offer a focused practice in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), with careful attention to preparation, safety, and integration. This work is not just about the experience itself, but about making meaning of it in ways that align with your values, identity, and community.
I specialize in Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, PTSD, Panic disorder and mood disorders. I also offer ADHD testing for children and adults online and in-person. I offer both medication management and therapy.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with three years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, and I specialize in ADHD, PTSD, depression, grief, and women's issues. I'm EMDR-trained and bring a holistic, humorous, and open-minded style to our work together — you can expect real talk, not clinical distance.

I know that you expected your life to be fulfilling and enjoyable, but instead you just feel tired, discouraged, anxious, and stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. Maybe you avoid conflict in your marriage just to keep the peace, going through the motions in public while feeling disconnected in private. Or perhaps the weight of stress, a job you don’t enjoy, or a sense of being stuck has drained the energy and meaning from your life.
Deep down, you want to laugh again, feel close to your partner, and truly be teammates instead of adversaries. You don’t have to settle for this version of your life or your marriage—change is possible, and something better is within reach.

You don't have to keep holding everything together.
You're the one everyone depends on. You show up for your family, your relationship, your work, and everyone around you—but somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with yourself.
If you're exhausted from overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, or constantly putting yourself last, therapy can be a place where you finally get to slow down, breathe, and focus on you.
I'm Lourdes Conde, LMHC, LPC, a licensed therapist in Florida and Oregon with 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, grief, and major life transitions.
