Hello! I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing medication management and psychiatric evaluations for adults. I work with people navigating anxiety, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges. My background includes intensive care, hospice, and psychiatric nursing, which taught me to listen carefully and understand the full picture.

Before becoming a provider, I built and ran multiple businesses, giving me a unique perspective and the ability to connect with executives, entrepreneurs, and startup founders. This firsthand insight into the pressures people face in demanding careers and how mental health impacts performance and decision-making.

I am passionate about children, adolescents and adults, especially for the well-being of families. I have been a Special Education Teacher and Counselor for over 35 years. My philosopy is based on a psychodynamic, holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach to enrich lives and help heal emotional wounds. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the use of Expressive Arts are helpful in changing thinking patterns and perceptions that impede growth and awareness.
