Welcome! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is a key component of change. I have three years of experience supporting people with achieving their goals and working toward desired change in their lives. I have experience working with an array of ages however primarily work with young adults ages 18-40 experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.
I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where it feels safe to lay all your cards out on the table without fear of being judged. Our lives can sometimes be brutal, or exceedingly beautiful, and everything in between. I'm here for all of it. I find that I work particularly well with people who are struggling with major life transitions, grief, and managing chronic conditions.
My counseling style is trauma-informed, individualized, and paced to ensure comfort and readiness for each client. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals overcome the distress of their past and ease their anxieties about the future. I believe our childhood experiences play a significant role in shaping who we are, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their past and process their trauma. With unconditional positive regard, I gently reframe perspectives shaped by past experiences, fostering healing, growth, and a stronger sense of self.
As a PMHNP-BC, I offer medication management and therapy sessions via Telehealth Mon-Fri 0900- 19:00.
