Trauma doesn't always stay in the past. Sometimes it shows up as anxiety that never seems to quiet down, relationships that feel difficult to trust, a constant need to stay on guard, or the feeling that you're carrying experiences no one else truly understands. You may have spent years surviving, taking care of everyone else, or wondering why certain patterns keep repeating in your life. Healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone.
I'm Christina, a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly two decades of experience helping individuals heal from trauma and rediscover safety, connection, and hope. While I welcome all adults, I have a special passion for working with women who are ready to process painful experiences, strengthen their relationships, and move beyond survival mode into a more peaceful, fulfilling life.
My name is Lari Smith, and I’ve spent nearly 15 years helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I hold multiple graduate‐level degrees, including a Master of Science in Human Resources (2006), a Master’s Certificate in Addiction Counseling (2016), and a Master of Science in Psychological Services (2017). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma and am currently under supervision for my LADC.
Before entering private practice, I worked for the Department of Human Services and later served as a school counselor in rural K–8 schools. These experiences deepened my passion for supporting children, families, and individuals facing complex or overwhelming life circumstances. Today, I work with clients of all ages and have a special appreciation for both children and older adults.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, but I frequently draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I have experience treating a wide range of concerns, including adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, child sexual abuse, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and other mental health challenges. I also bring personal insight into chronic pain after experiencing a serious car accident in 2017 that resulted in multiple broken bones.
I currently practice in a rural Oklahoma community and am accepting new clients. I offer virtual sessions and accept insurance, with a full list available through Headway.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’ve been married for 28 years and have three adult children. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my four‐month‐old granddaughter—and I love baking.
If you’d like to explore whether we’re a good fit, I offer a free consultation. I’d be honored to support you on your journey—reach out today and let’s get started.
Hello, I'm Theda. With over 25 years of experience in the mental health and addiction fields, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, groups, and families in various clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, in-home, and group homes. My journey in mental health began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in Agency Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.
If you’ve been carrying too much for too long, therapy can be a place to finally exhale. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas and Oklahoma, and I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. Many of my clients feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to offer a compassionate, supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal, grow, and make meaningful changes.
I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My role is not to tell you how to live your life—you are the expert on your experiences. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover strengths, navigate challenges, and build the life you want.
I strive to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. Every person's journey is different, so I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs while gently encouraging growth when needed. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and one step closer to the life you deserve.
I'm Sherry Ramsey Hansen, a therapist with eight years of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I specialize in working with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and the complex emotions that arise during significant life transitions.
I'm a southern tumbleweed at heart. Over fifteen years ago, I traded the hustle and bustle of Charleston, South Carolina, for the rural countryside of Oklahoma. I enjoy the outdoors and in my free time I'm taking in the quiet peace that comes with the Sooner State.
I'm a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the goal of serving rural Oklahomans that otherwise would not have access to mental health resources.
I've had the opportunity to work with diverse populations ranging from early childhood to late adulthood. Throughout my years it has become apparent to me that my calling is to help those who feel alone in their environment and to establish a connection with others in a way that is empowering, creates autonomy, and establishes a better sense of self and relationships with others.
