For seven years I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and couples, in person and by telehealth, in community mental health and outpatient settings.
Before counseling, I was a teacher and school administrator. Born and raised in India, I lived and worked in Uganda for more than fifteen years before moving to Ohio in 2017 to train as a counselor. That journey gave me a multicultural perspective and showed me how deeply culture and family shape our stories. I’m proud to be a mother, and my own experience of fighting cancer deepened my compassion for people facing trauma and questions of meaning.
