I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and have been working with adolescents, adults and families for 15 years. I graduated from Baldwin-Wallace University in 2009 with a B.S. in Psychology. I pursued my Masters of Social Science Administration (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University, graduating in 2011, and I have worked in various settings including schools, mental health agencies, private practice, telehealth, and online crisis support. My treatment approach is strength-based while other navigate anxious feelings, identify confusion, depression, and stress management.

Having the same fight on repeat is exhausting. You know the one, with the same lines, the same tone, and the same ending. Feeling alone in your own relationship is even harder. You're not broken, and you're not the first couple to get stuck.

My focus is couples. I help partners stop the cycle, rebuild trust after infidelity, and reconnect, even when anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, grief, or substance use is part of the picture. I'm on both your sides.

For individual work, my focus is women. Opening up to a man takes trust, and I don't take that for granted. I grew up around women who needed a steady, respectful man in their corner, and I've carried that into my work. With me, you set the pace. You won't be rushed, talked over, or told how to feel. You'll be heard, taken seriously, and supported in ways that fit your life.

I'm a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in Ohio with a Master's in Counseling from a program whose graduates passed the licensing exam at one of the nation's highest rates, plus a background in substance use counseling. My style is direct, warm, and real. Therapy with me doesn't have to feel clinical or intimidating. It just has to feel worth showing up for.
