Life can look completely fine on the outside while feeling exhausting on the inside. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, BFRBs, ADHD, OCD, neurodivergence, self-worth, loneliness, relationship patterns, dating, or simply the feeling that something isn't quite right.
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Whether something has been weighing on you for years, you're feeling stuck, or you've just started noticing life feels harder than it used to, you deserve support. There doesn't have to be a "good enough" reason to reach out—if it's important to you, it's important.
Whether you're brand new to therapy or you've tried it before and walked away feeling unseen or misunderstood, you're welcome here. You don't need to have the right words or know exactly where to start—just showing up is enough.
I earned my MSW from Eastern Washington University and have spent the past eight years working as a therapist and supervisor. I also founded my private practice two years ago. My work has focused on clients experiencing neurodivergence, ADHD, and OCD.

Whether you're navigating stress, relationships, or personal growth, my goal is to ensure you feel seen and empowered. My role is to walk alongside you as you discover new perspectives, strengths, and possibilities.

I'm looking forward to coming alongside and walking with you as your mental health journey unfolds. In 2023 I completed my doctoral training as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. I earned my board certification in the fall of that same year.
