I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with individual adults. I support clients navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, relationship patterns, identity, and life transitions. My work is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in the belief that therapy can help you better understand yourself, strengthen self-trust, and the clinical belief that any person can change course in life at any time.
I draw from approaches such as EFT, IFS, ACT, and integrative experiential techniques, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore emotions, patterns, and strategies that help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself and the relationships that matter most.

Brittany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master of social work degree from Walden University. With over seven years of experience in the field of social work, she brings a wide-ranging background that includes working with the Children’s Division, in hospital settings, with geriatrics, and school-based social work. This diverse experience has given her a deep understanding of individuals across the lifespan and the unique challenges they face. Helping others through therapy is more than just a career, it’s a calling. Brittany believes deeply in the power of trauma-informed care and support, and the healing that comes from having a safe, judgment-free space to process and grow. As a graduate of Missouri State University’s Counseling program, I am a person-centered counselor. I believe that all those who seek therapy have a desire to bring themselves back into balance. Although I see individuals of all ages, I specialize in children between the ages of 3 and 10 addressing their needs using child-centered play therapy.
I firmly believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, even when they feel stuck. I've always been drawn to understanding what makes people tick and what gets in the way of them living their best lives. I'm passionate about helping others improve their quality of life by providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, identify their strengths, and develop practical strategies for creating positive change. I see my role as a facilitator, guiding individuals on their own unique path to greater well-being and a sense of liberation from what holds them back.
