My ideal client is someone ready to make a change that propels them to their next chapter in life. I believe that my clients most value my ability to remain optimistic while keeping a firm grasp on reality. We all want to reach the highest levels of self actualization, but if your anxiety, depression, or ADHD are making it hard to complete daily living tasks that may feel out of reach. My diverse experience helps me accurately empathize with a variety of life issues. I have previously worked as a primary grade teacher, residential eating disorder treatment, and assisting a psychiatrist specializing in ADHD treatment for adults.
I provide warm, high quality mental health care for adults of all ages. My main focus is empowering women and LGBTQ+ adults across the lifespan as they navigate self discovery, relationships, trauma, identity, and major life transitions. Together we will explore what feels confusing, painful, or stuck, and help you move toward greater clarity, self acceptance, and a life that feels more aligned with your values.

Sometimes life changes in ways you never expected. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, the transition into parenthood, or the emotional demands of caring for others, it's easy to lose sight of yourself while trying to keep everything together. You don't have to face those challenges alone. For more than 20 years, I've partnered with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women's issues, and trauma, helping them build resilience, strengthen relationships, and rediscover hope during life's most difficult seasons.
