My name is Kristy Gustavson, and I am the sole owner of Table for One LLC. I take a person-centered approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert on yourself, and my role is to go along side you as you explore, heal, and embrace all sides of yourself.
Since received my masters from Towson University in 2016, I have worked in mental health and addiction settings, working with clients with depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, adjustment disorders, borderline personality disorder, and more.
Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in PA and MI. I believe in providing a non-judgmental space and personal connection to open up the opportunity for you to explore what's causing strain in your life: grief, anxiety, depression, past trauma, or other challenges. I offer practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
If you're feeling exhausted, anxious, weary, or down.. I believe there is a way to strengthen your sense of self, set realistic expectations and boundaries that value your needs, and bring yourself and your loved ones the best of you.
My journey stems from my own story of resilience in the face of hardships. I became a therapist because I have always wanted to help people through some of their darkest hours. Being exposed to some dark hours myself, I know that it is difficult to do it alone. When you have someone to confide in, assist you through the hard times, and just let you know that you are not alone, makes a difference.
My therapeutic approach includes CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Relational Therapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, SFT, EFT, IFS, and just speaking like a human being. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. My approach is relational and personalized—we'll explore your story together, build coping tools, and move toward healing with curiosity, courage, and care.
Therapy with me is real, down-to-earth, and never boring. I mix honesty, humor, and heart to make the process comfortable. I help adults manage emotions, build confidence, and tackle life's challenges with tools that work. Think of it as a safe space to be yourself, grow, and maybe laugh along the way. I received my Master's degree in Counseling from Barry University in Florida. Since I graduated, I have worked with a wide variety of populations, from severely emotionally disturbed children to adults experiencing addiction. I believe clients who are experiencing any disruption to their identity, whether that be the transition to adulthood, retirement, or even towards the end of life, are the clients I work best with. I am a firm advocate for creating safe spaces for any population that is critically underserved and have seen the positive outcomes that come from a client feeling seen and heard. Please book only through the Headway website.
Hi y'all, I'm Malanna, rhymes with Madonna! I’m quite the unorthodox therapist, so I’ve been told, because I approach mental health with the same sincerity that we take with our physical health. I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the people who sit in front of me and trust me with their vulnerability. I'm big on cooperation; pairing your self-insights with my expertise. I'll do my best to help you highlight all of your hidden strengths, buried wins, and natural gifts that life can make us lose sight of! I currently offer telehealth services but I can guarantee it’ll be just as good as seeing me in person!
Hi, I'm glad you are here! It is an honor to walk alongside you in the challenges of life. I connect well with teens, young adults, and women facing a wide variety of issues. I have over 10 years of experience working with teens in various settings and over seven years of experience in the mental health field. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan and am a Certified S.A.F.E. EMDR Therapist through EMDRIA.
Life can be challenging, and in those moments we may lose touch with our true selves. Reaching out for support takes courage and is an important first step. With over 18 years of experience, my approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I work primarily with adults using an integrative approach that includes Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, EMDR, and Mindfulness. I have extensive experience supporting individuals in creative and caregiving fields, helping them reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and find balance. I also work with adult children of caregivers who struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues such as Borderline and Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
Career counseling focused on mental health in the workplace is my specialization. I help college students, job seekers and working professionals who are feeling burned out, anxious, or overwhelmed reconnect with their strengths and bring their best selves to work or school. Many of my clients juggle high expectations, relationship challenges at work or college, and feel stuck, frustrated, or held back by negative self-talk. Together, we work on recognizing these patterns, challenging self-imposed limitations, and building healthier, more confident ways of thinking.
Therapy that helps you feel more like yourself again. Many of my clients are the people others rely on. They are caregivers, professionals, business owners, parents, partners, and helpers who spend so much time taking care of everyone else that they lose connection with their own needs, emotions, and sense of self. On the outside, they may appear capable and high functioning. Internally, they often feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
Hi there! I'm a Clinical Social Worker based in Michigan. I have my master's degree in social work from Eastern Michigan University and I've been a practicing clinician since 2017. Most of my experience includes working with folks struggling with anxiety, depression, more severe mood disorders, and histories of trauma.
