I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with individual adults. I support clients navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, relationship patterns, identity, and life transitions. My work is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in the belief that therapy can help you better understand yourself, strengthen self-trust, and the clinical belief that any person can change course in life at any time.
I draw from approaches such as EFT, IFS, ACT, and integrative experiential techniques, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals.
